1. What is the Regional Business License Program?
This program authorizes
businesses, from participating communities only, to conduct business in partnering communities.
2. Who can apply?
Businesses from participating AlbertaSW communities, who will be doing business in partnering communities.
3. How does the program lower business license costs?
No need to purchase ‘Out-Of-Town’ business licenses in each of our member communities!
Instead, when purchasing your business license from your home community--pay an additional $40.00 and receive a Regional License sticker which authorizes you to conduct business in all participating communities.
4. Which communities are participating in this program?
For 2008 the following communities are honouring the Alberta SouthWest Regional Business License:

ü Village of Cowley
ü Town of Pincher Creek
ü MD of Pincher Creek
ü Town of Cardston
ü Cardston County
ü Village of Glenwood
ü Village of Hill Spring
ü MD of Willow Creek
ü Town of Fort Macleod
ü Town of Claresholm
ü Town of Granum
ü Town of Stavely
Important:
Please take your Regional Business License (or a copy) with you when you are in the other communities in the event you are asked to provide proof that you have a valid Regional License.
