Our Committees

The Executive Committee

This Committee was formed to consider issues and make recommendations for the board pertaining to the governance structure of the Alliance as well as finance considerations including the annual budget and 3 year financial cycle of funding.

Communications and Organizational Development Committee

This Committee is a sub-committee of the Executive. Its goal is to raise awareness of the region and strengthen organizational structure and operations.

This Committee is a sub-committee of the Executive. Its goal is to identify opportunities and implement strategies to build and sustain vibrant communities.

This Committee is a sub-committee of the Executive. Its goal is to explore opportunities to share services, resources and information thereby creating efficiencies.
