Upper Bob Creek Ecological Reserve
Upper Bob Creek Ecological Reserve contains forests, shrubs & grasslands; grasslands contain rough & bluebunch fescues & Parry's oat grasses; on moister valley bottoms, a rare member of the saxifrage family (Conimitella williamsii) is found; forest types range from Douglas fir to aspen; on upper ridges there are stands of limber pine; wildlife includes pika, hoary marmot, golden-mantled ground squirrel, golden eagle, prairie falcon, lazuli bunting, mountain bluebird, Casin's finch & bobolink.
