Electrify your road trip! Alberta SouthWest and other regional organization came together to create the Peaks to Prairies initiative in order to build out the electric vehicle charging stations south of Calgary. Connect with a charging station now!

Cowboy Trail / Highway 2

Discover horseback trails, farm stays, guest ranches, and western experiences. The Cowboy Trail, or Alberta's Provincial Highway No. 22, connects the region to Calgary and Edmonton in the north, and the USA and Mexico to the south. Also known as Alberta Provincial Highway No. 2, the Queen Elizabeth II Highway and the CANAMEX Corridor, you'll probably drive this road on your journey.
